2 employees showed up to fix my stopped up toilet. They worked on it for possibly 45 minutes to tell me there was string in it. They said it was fixed. They left. Later the toilet was used and the same problem happened again. I called to let them know. She said they would be there the next day. I informed them I also found out where the clear out and vent were. They told me they would not go under the house where the clear out was because it was wet. I said it's always wet. Y'all are plumbers y'all should be used to that. Well they left. My toilet still messed up and not working. I called and talked to the lady again and told her I was not satisfied. She told me they would come out on Friday and fix it. They never showed up or did I receive a call. She called me a week later to come back. I told her to forget it. My son laid down a tarp got under there and cleaned the clear out. My son fixed it. I would suggest not using them at all. Resolution Sought I will pay the service fee of $125 because they did come out. But I don't think I am responsible for the remaining $282 because they didn't fix anything and wouldn't even go under my house. They even stated on the bill I was not satisfied and tried to come a week later. That's ridiculous!
