Customer Service
The customer service at Lee Finance/Lee Loan and tax on Albany, Ga 526 W Oglethorpe Blvd is horrible! I asked to be contacted by a manager four times and she never called. I was told the owner was too old to speak with me. When I did call back the manager was rude herself. She was cutting me and would barely let me talk. I see why the associates behave that way because of the leadership and guidance. Poor service. Very unprofessional and unfriendly!
