Yes i would like to address something the way this business treats their customers. I had fallen behind on my pymt due to unexpected $1000.00 in car repair. When i approximately 2 weeks late i was threatened with letter of garnishment of my wages at my home posted on my door where is kids see this! I had communicated with Mrs. Brock the mgr and she stated i would have no time to make my pymts up. I was called 6 times a day everyday and at my job as well and my family and yes i was not answering my phone do to bring very sick and how i was being treated while i going to financial hardship and being sick and missing work. This company states they are to work with you but they do not. I want this business invested for fair business practices. I called today wed 11 24 21 after being very sick with flu for almost 2 weeks .Mrs Brock stated to come by to talk about seeing what we could do but when i get there i get told if i dont come up with past due $78.00 pymt by friday 11 26 22 that i would have garnishment sent in after Friday 11 26 21. I stated that i don't get paid until 12 07 21 and would make a double pymt and i told i have till Friday or i would garnished on my job! Just borrow the money to make pymt but i have no one to borrow from. This is totally unacceptable being treated this way after going through financial hardship from car repair and missing 4 days of work is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Resolution Sought Get this business in line where they do not treat anybody else like this work with customers being understanding and compassion seeing proof of financial hardship. Try to work with me on when i have the money when i state i get paid every 2 weeks. Reprimand the way i was treated as customer and displinary action i want to pay what is owed just please work with me to recover from financial hardship and missing work. Not get told borrow the money that cant borrow from anyone or else
