Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My fiancé and I went in for pedicures. I've had hundreds in my life, no problems. I chose the expensive one because I just finished law school midterms and wanted a very relaxing reward. Lee did mine and he was incredibly rough and it was very painful from the beginning. I kept asking him politely to take it easier until finally he started yelling at me. I told him I would like someone else to take over, then he started screaming and getting aggressively in my face. My fiancé told him to stop screaming and when I took out my phone to record him, an older lady (his wife I think) ran over and pushed him away from me and said something in their language to the effect that he stormed out of the store. The things he was saying in English to me were to "shut my mouth," and things of that nature. I've never seen anything like it. And they still charged us full price for the most painful and frankly traumatic pedicure in history. We went to leave a Google review only to find that his abusive behavior is incredibly common. This man should not be allowed around women. Resolution Sought Full refund and apology.
