I took my car over to the Nissan dealer Lee motors and I asked them to fix it , it would not come out of park they kept sending me all these messages we need to fix this and that and this and that it's all critical I'm 71 years old a d single, I don't know how to figure all this out they called me the other day and said my car was ready and I got there and I paid them $750 and I had to take a cab and pay $30 to pick up my car they wouldn't pick me up , I got there, and my car was not fixed it was still messed up it would not come out of park and that's all I ask them to do is fix the shifter and now they sent me another message saying that I need to pay another 500+ dollars to get the shift gear fixed I can't even believe they did this to me it's a Nissan dealer and I my car is a Nissan and I am I've been without a car for a week now and I'm just broken my heart is sick I live on disability I don't have this money I don't have more money my children had to help me pay the $750 I'm very sad! Help !!!! Resolution Sought I would like them to fix my car reimburse me the $750 they took from me and didn't fix it and I don't want to pay them another dime !! I've contacted their headquarters and I am expecting a call back from Nissan Advocate services.

We are resolving this as fast as possible. We have ordered her a new shifter and will be installing it at no charge to the customer. Be it the parts we replaced were broken, we will not be reimbursing her as we have her documented approval for repairs.
