I ordered a canopy from an all American truck in Redmond Oregon. I paid up front I was told it would take 6-9 weeks only to receive my canopy 4 months later. When I received it did not fit my truck correctly and the back door was not painted correctly. I told the person there and they said they would take care of it. Several months went by and no new door or call. I began calling the company directly leaving messages none were returned. I finally was able to get a hold of a man name Tuan he told me they would fix the door and take a look at the fitment. I sent it back to get about 2 months later and the door was still not painted. I told the owner of all American and he said he would handle it that was like 4 months ago. I began calling again to complain leaving messages not hearing back from leer or there parent company truck accessories group. Resolution Sought Full refund. Refund, partial refund plus fixing my door.
