Customer Complaint

Brought vehicle to shop to have timing chains installed. Vehicle sat in parking lot for 7 months before it finally made its way into the shop. Received vehicle after supposed work was done and vehicle ran worse than it did when dropped off. Had multiple codes for check engine, bogged out on power and had oil light flashing within the first 10 miles. Shop charged for work not asked to be done and returned vehicle in worse condition than when originally dropped off. Resolution Sought Refund. Don't want anyone else to be ripped off by a company that can't follow through with promises made to customer.
