Seller sold me a transmission, I paid extra for a 1 year no questions asked (have screen shot of that promise) warranty. He told the transmission shop what to do, they did it and couldn't get it to work. He said if I brought it down he would fix it. He promised a price then upped the price once I said I'd be bringing it down via the tranny shop guy (409 miles). He said the first date wouldn't work cause he'd be on vacation for a month and anytime after the 21st of Sept would be fine. I've been trying to get ahold of him thru calling,, messenger, text, fb posts and on his Facebook wall to double confirm since the 18th of Sept and he just got back to me today the 24th of sept. He said he now will not fix it, look at it, nor give me any money back. That I am out of luck and he will not do anything about this transmission. I said I would contact paypal and he said it would do me absolutely no good. He was right, by him not getting back to me I am now 4 days over the 180 day buyer protection thru PayPal. I paid him $610, dealt with him and waiting for 6 months, had transportation set up for pick up today and now he will do nothing and he is keeping his money. I need help! Resolution Sought Refund and help to make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else again.
