I showed him where the septic tank was and the well and the septic hookup for the home. I paid him 2600.00 to clear off the land. He left before finishing the job. When I got there at the job site he had left taking his equipment with him that's when I noticed he had ran over the septic tank crushing it in with the loader or caterpillar. I also saw where he damaged the well and bulldozed my sewer hookup and trees I had marked down. The highway markers he also bulldozed down and has pushed big stumps next to the Rd. where the state water lines are. I got on the phone with him immediately and told him what he had done. He kept saying he will fix the septic tank but never has and now will not answer me and ignore my calls and text messages. I want him to have the septic pumped and fixed back like it was and remove those tree stumps he has pushed next to the Rd before the state gets on me about them. The Rd. markers I don't know about and he needs to fix the pipe that runs to the septic tank that he messed up. The well he bulldozed over I don't know what can be done about him fixing it. Also the logs he left laying that he had started burning needs to be finished. There's a lot of damage here he has done to my property and I want him to fix what he damaged and complete the job he started that I paid him to do. Resolution Sought Either a refund of 2600.00 or him to fix my septic tank, the septic hookup pipe, and remove those stumps at the rd he pushed there and the rest of the brush and logs burnt that he started and the Rd. markers put back in place if required.

He is just saying whatever he can to get out of it. This company saying has a bad reputation I wish I would have seen that before I hired him. Company refused to come out and fix septic or do anything to help
