Legacy Customz Automotive LLC complaints

Company states; Customer first brought his truck to our shop to have heads redone, because there was diesel leaking into the cooling system. We removed the engine, sent heads to be rebuilt, and installed new gaskets from the heads-up. Upon adding a full restoration on the body and interior customer took truck. When customer brought truck back, we had an agreement where customer wanted to change color of truck again instead of repairing bubbles that came upon the paint and add a few repairs to engine and customer was going to pay for all the parts and we would do the labor on our expense for the truck. Customer only made 2 payments on parts and has an outstanding balance of $16,070.45 that has not been paid. Then customer left truck at my shop for 6 months without contact. During that time, we had lent Mr. Salazar our shop truck and he left the truck abandoned in the airport of Orlando. We had to go and recover the truck, stated he was waiting on money to pay for his bill. Customer took truck again and called back that suspension was pulling. Got truck towed back to our shop and showed customer caliper seized up and steering had excessive play. Customer stated to buy $1200.00 worth of parts and he would bring the money when he picked up truck. Customer never came and now wants us to keep doing work for free. I finally decided to no longer help Mr. Salazar for I feel we have lost enough as a shop with his truck. Sincerely, Management
