My son and I closed on a 2020 Legacy Mobile home in December 2020. He moved his family in December 2020. Since the move in date, they have faced so many issues that it doesn't seem real that this house was brand new. This home was sold as a new home, not a repo or junker. I will list the issues. 1. Front doors, front window, back door and back windows leaking, rain pours in 2. Front door is crushed at the top, rain coming into home every time it rains 3. Subfloor buckeling 4. AC not working 5. Water pouring in under wall in kitchen 6. Window seals and framed are incomplete and swollen from rain 7. Kitchen drawers are falling apart, track is off center, kitchen stove legs show floor is uneven. 8. Throughout the house, all doors are too small through entire home 9. Facia board around entire home is buckeling and separating from the house 10. Replace door to A/C Handler 11. Create an entrance under home, install a drain for the AC condensation that's currently dropping 4-5 gallons under home daily. I started with #3 SERVICE WORK REQUEST (1/4 & 6/14 & 7/4) and dozens and dozens of unanswered e mails and phone calls. No one called or was sent out until I filled a complaint with the BBB. (July 7) Finally August 16th, legacy sent unlicensed Contractors out to start working on the home. These guys removed a wall (in the kitchen area) that was covered in black mold but never checked the floor. Resolution Sought Replace this train who of a manufactured home
