I booked a room for a wedding, called in October to cancel and or changed to stay for one night. Went to check out and was told I paid for 2 night, so I stayed another night and because the manager made a mistake about the 2nd night which I asked if she was sure; she said yes. Then got charged again for her mistake. They also messed up my father's reservation but gave him a credit, were I was made to spend what I didn't have too spend. Which is why I asked for one night. Resolution Sought To not be charged for the mistake of the manager and reservation team in charge of the wedding party for my brother's wedding. The communication has been a problem since August.
