Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On 10/19/21, I paid Courtney $550.00 to file a QDRO. Todays date 10/13/23, It has been about two years and still waiting. I really didn't want to write this review. I give people the benefit of the doubt but now I am out of money and time wasted. I gave Courtney all of the information she needed to file my case. Well it was filed once with the court and it was filed wrong and for the wrong agency. I spoke with Courtney and she said she would refile for me. It's been a long time with very vague answers. I last spoke with Courtney about one month ago and she stated that my case was approved and I would be receiving my funds soon. I tried to call back for an update. She has not responded to any of my calls or messages. I tried contacting the proper agency that she was supposed to file with and they do not have any of my information and have not spoke with anyone from legal tech in Clovis. It's pretty bad when someone takes your money and totally does not do their part as a business. I have asked for a refund or for Courtney Cra------ to complete the job I paid for. I am partially disabled and I don't have much more money to spend. I did even offer her more money just to have my case corrected. I have been kind and respectful at all times when contacting Courtney at legal tech. I should have took the time to read the reviews of this business and there are also other negative reviews with the BBB. Please don't waste your money or time. Legal tech phone# 559-960-2123 Resolution Sought Complete job or refund my money or lawsuit. I give her til before Christmas or I may sue for the amount she may have lost me in my QDRO. Approx 50,000
