I placed an order with this company on 7/29/21. I paid for expedited shipping and still haven't received my package. I paid for 24hr delivery. It has been more than 24hrs. Every time I try to get answers I get the run around with excuses. They are now telling me that extra insurance is needed. Now the total i have sent is 544 and still nothing.. this is not fair at all.. their site never said anything about insurance on the package I was even talking to one of their representatives on chat while I placed my order and she didn't even say anything about extra insurance.. I live off a very fixed income, I was able to find a way to this one time splurge and I am being jerked around.. After paying 319 for the insurance the total is 544.00. I spent 225 with 24hr shipping then another 319 for the insurance.. Resolution Sought I want a full refund for my purchase.
