Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company offered a $374 plan for local registration and tax id registration, they have charged me an additional $450. I disputed it and they stated the policy stated over 30 days cannot be refunded although some of the charges were within the last few weeks. They are scamming people and telling people they signed up for a subscription when they did not. Resolution Sought I want a refund of $450.00.

They suppose to send me my return check and never sent it is been over a month and still have not received it and have been calling them and they keep giving me the round around and still have not sent me my money. I have talk to several people at the company and they keep on saying the same thing and they keep on telling me that wait two weeks and I still receive my money and they never sent me my money to keep on saying all they sent it but they might be the wrong address all this person didn't put it in like oh this person I was supposed to do it but they haven't done it oh we got to talk with our advisors it's going to take 48 hours and it's been over going close to 2 months now I canceled with them in July I think the 30th they say they sent me a check around June 12th on my car that isn't that that has expired and is no longer available I tell them that they said okay we going to send you a check and the check have never been sent to me but they claiming that they sent it and it was supposed to give me a confirmation number and they never sent the confirmation number to me and I keep on telling them and they just keep on prolonging the situation even more. Resolution Sought Give a refund.
