My daughters Quinceañera was 9/9/2023 below are the reasons I ask for a partial refund Dance Floor Illumination Failure: The illumination system for the dance floor failed to operate as expected, impacting the ambiance and dancing experience. Marquee Letters Malfunction: Operational issues with the marquee letters caused a delay of approximately 1.5 hours before they were fully operational. Delayed Arrival of Robot Hype Man: The robot hype man arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later than originally scheduled, potentially disrupting the event's timeline. Non-Functioning Air Conditioning: Despite assurances from staff and management on both 9/8/2023 and 9/9/2023 that the air conditioning was functional, it remained non-operational throughout the event, causing discomfort to attendees, especially given the temperature stayed at 85degrees + in the hall Lack of Identification Checks and Underage Alcohol Service: Identification checks were not conducted properly, resulting in servers unlawfully serving alcoholic beverages to underage individuals, posing legal and safety concerns. I reached out to the host of a party from 9/10 and she confirmed through a msg that she noticed ac didn't work a week before. Hall/venue had plenty of time to correct the issue or be transparent with me from the beginning so I could have better prepared. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to refund me a min of $5000.

Per consumer, Fortunately I was able to settle with Legendary Hall directly. Although my experience with them the day of the event was not my best. I do understand that there were certain issues that were not any parties particular fault. They have been very respectful and attentive. I would like to formally have my complaint removed/ or change the review to reflect the solution that was arranged between legendary hall and myself.
