I am extremely disappointed with my experience here due to very shady management practices. The staff is utterly clueless and always directs you to contact the manager, who never responds. Communication is abysmal, and they charge you for unexpected things, like my perfectly fine toilet seat . They claim to have LOST my file that held my damage report in it and are now charging ridiculous fees. The cleanliness of the place is incredibly disgusting. There's dog poop everywhere, trash all over the halls, and a severe mice issue. They impose ridiculous fees for normal wear and tear. Security is a major concern. Despite being a gated community, there have been multiple break-ins, and the gates are typically broken, rendering them useless. This adds to the overall feeling of neglect and poor management. It is almost impossible to reach the general manager. Resolution Sought I would like my charges for the normal wear and tear to be dropped but I would also like this to be prevented from happening to other college students. I have over 20 people who have come forward to say this has happened to them as well and I am able to provide the proof.
