This should not happen to anyone else.

My boyfriend and I have never felt so disrespected, violated and disappointed after coming across this place on our vacation to Gatlinburg. Mike was the name of the employee and he had a grey beard. He was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. During the posing, he moved us around VERY aggressively & inappropriately. For me, instead of explaining how to pose, he grabbed my body as if I was a doll. After we were done, he untied my dress OUTSIDE of the dressing room and just chuckled about it when I spoke up... I felt violated (I was in nothing but the boxers I was given underneath). Something like this should NEVER happen, let alone in a family friendly town. So sad & scary to see a place like Legends Old Time Photos still in business. Not to mention, after we left feeling upset and disrespected like never before, multiple locals explained to us that almost all people who go in there have a similar experience with Mike. We were excited to get old time photos taken yet we ended up feeling extremely disrespected and unsafe. As a 23 year old young woman, I felt and still feel violated and will not stop until something is done. I do not want this to happen to anyone else and you shouldn't either. Shut down or at least fire Mike. Sadly, this experience made us never want to come back to Gatlinburg, especially if this kind of business is staying open after multiple complaints.
