Did not deliver...would not refund

I ordered the top for $25 the top I received was not the top I ordered I contacted legg a licious and they said return the top I received in 21 days. I returned the top which they received. I requested a refund since they did not send me the top I ordered now they want to give me a credit but since I did not get what I wanted and I cannot get the same item I would like a refund. They have horrible customer service I really wish I would’ve looked up the company’s rating before I ordered anything from them I hope they do not continue to rip people off

Buyer Beware! Do not purchase from this company

STAY FAR AWAY PEOPLE! DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS AND YOU WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM KAREN ROOT FAGER. SHE BLOCKS YOU THROUGH FACEBOOK BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK WITH YOU ON EXCHANGES. SHE IS CLEARLY A SCAM ARTIST! BUYER BEWARE!
