I brought my car into the Acura dealership on 12/23/23 for a electrical diagnostic for my 2010 Acura TL the battery died twice in the last two weeks prior. I bring it in and they run the diagnostic and tell me that it's my HFT Bluetooth part is what's draining the battery so the recommended me a new OEM Battery and i decline the battery because i had a previous warranty on the battery i had purchased from AutoZone. the cost to change the HFT part and labor is 1400.00 dollars i pay it and a week later the battery dies again so i bring it back they say it's battery and that i NEED to put that Acura OEM battery in for the car to work i pay it, hoping that i wouldn't have to come back. in two weeks the battery dies AGAIN i bring it back use my warranty for a brand new battery they keep my AutoZone battery and put in a new battery a week later it dies and i bring it into get a new battery and they didn't switch it they charged it and said they changed it out, so it turn on when i left the parking lot but when i got my car in yesterday the (2/17/24) this morning the battery is dead (2/18/24), they now say it's a corded fuse box, which is gonna cost me 1300.00 plus 175 for a specialist to come out there and look at. Resolution Sought I want a refund or credit for all the stuff i didn't need to buy at all. And I want better service.
