I bought this used 09 Subaru Forester at Lehigh Valley Honda on Jan 27th of this year. Barely a week goes by and I start having problems with the vehicle where it broke down on me and had to have it towed after getting it back from the dealer the next morning it wouldn't start so I had to have it towed again. They said they fixed it and then the check engine light come on the same day they gave it back to me. Sammy Rodriguez calls me back and says we don't know what's wrong with it YOU will have to take it to Ciococa Subaru. So, they are not honoring the 2500.00 warranty that hey sold me. I want them to by the car back from me and put me in another car. Resolution Sought I want this dealer to buy this bad car back from me and put me into a more reliable vehicle.

To the best of our knowledge this concern was rectified. The last conversation I had with Mr Wills after the vehicle was repaired, was that if the problem returned we would be happy to trade him out of the vehicle. I said to Mr. Wills that it was clear that he came in to specifically purchase that vehicle provided it was is good working condition, He agreed. I said that why doesn't he drive the vehicle for a week or so after the repairs were made and if the problem returned we would be happy to get him into something else, again he agreed. I have had no communication since that conversation which told me that the vehicle was repaired and no further action was needed. We also refunded the the charges that were incurred at the Subaru dealership. Please let me know if anything else is needed with this case.
