Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am seeking any help I can receive in a matter with a car dealership doing me wrong. Let me start by providing a summary and then go into further details. I am a single mother of 3 children. Times are tough, especially after the past year with the COVID-19 pandemic. I have saved money over the past 2 years and finally wanted to purchase a better, safer car than I currently have. I felt like I won the lottery and finally being able to get something better. On March 1, 2021, I went to Lehigh Valley Truck & Auto, located in Schnecksville, Pa, and found a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I went there because my daughter and some friends have purchased vehicles there in the past and were highly recommended. I found a 2012 CX-9 that I liked and decided to purchase it. I gave the salesman, Jeff Bachinski, $6000 in cash as the down payment, financed the balance, which at that point was $6913, and purchase and extended warranty which was $1395. Since I am an anxious person and was stressing over the idea of a car payment, with in the next 2 weeks after my purchase, I proceeded to put another $1500 down on the loan. Within the following weeks after the purchase, I took noticed that the car was not shifting correctly. On March 29, 2021, I stopped into LV Auto to speak with Jeff, but he was off for the day. The man I spoke with told me to take my car to a Mazda dealer and to use the extended warranty I had purchased. To my surprise, Resolution Sought I would like this business fix the transmissions on my car so it is sae and reliable

I have paid half of said part the dealer says they paid and found out thru that dealer the part was in fact used not a brand new part so is not warranteed. The warranty compny will not help with this problem because it was not replace with a new part. The problem with this car all started in my "validation" period prior to the warranty becoming valid. Warrenty company informed me the dealer should make good and fix the car.

Yes the part was a used part, however it still works. The car went to Scott Mazda to be programed. If the part was no good it wouldn't of been able to be programed. We have gone on many test drives with the customer and found no problems with the vehicle. The people at Scott Mazda also found no problems with the vehicle or the part.
