We Had this company put in windows in our entire Home Approximately a year ago. We now have a leaking window. I have tried for over 2 weeks to contact these people. Only to get a answering Machine with no response. You can already see where the wood is warping.. Resolution Sought I just want my window fixed as it is under warranty
