Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

Manager Kreg combating with myself over there pour customer service, over there scheduling and pour communication in at home repair. No contacting customer to assure in coming out the day of service , that day other than stating they did show up for repairs. No communication day of coming out but left nothing through email text or written documentation to prove they where out or have been out other than combating customer over phone or through emails that they did come out. Also strong arming customer to send them to other repair service s if you do not go along with what Kreg says. Not willing to stand behind the product they sale. Resolution Sought Work with customer not strong arm or deny they where at fault. Better communicate other than periodic emails. Leave some type of documentation to prove they were out for service ( anyone can say they were out an what can other party prove if no documentation was left).
