I was told an order was already done and the company silver rock will be reaching out to me. After i received and email confirming my information the next email i received stated someone would be contacting me to set up a day and time that works for me. That was the first week in February. When i did not hear anything i called silver rock and they stated they use the company lemon squad to handle the service i am needing. I called yesterday 02/15/2022 and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone the person who handles this had a lot of calls so he would take my contact information and give it to him to give me a call back. I never received a call. I called 02/16/2022 and a women answered the phone i explained to her why i was calling and i also let her know i have yet to receive a return call, she stated she would take my number down and give it to the man who handles this i then asked if he will really call me back because he had not yesterday she then stated he just got off the phone and she would transfer my call, she transferred my call and it went to a voice mail i left a message and called right back. I ended up getting this woman named Denise i tried to explain to her what was going on. She then asked me if i received an email i stated no, then when she explained to me what the email would say i told yes i did receive that email she then said in a rude tone i thought you said you didn't. Bottom line is she was rude and disrespectful to me. Resolution Sought I want Denise manager to reach out to me in reference to this matter please.

If you read my complaint I stated I did receive the email and I called in and Denise the manager was rude and disrespectful. This response makes no sense. Denise stated she was a manager and refused to give me her bosses information. I would like to speak to the district manager or whom ever her manager is. Thank you

Denise is the manager and is the person you would need to speak to if you are having issues. I am sorry that you feel that she was disrespectful. I purchased a lemon squad inspection to be done on April 28, 2021. The report was finished on April 30 2021 and the results published. There was nothing major noted on the car and everything was deemed in working order. After purchasing and finally registering(delayed d/t) covid, I brought to a mechanic because air conditioner wasn't working. There are major things wrong with this car totaling $5985. Things that should have been recorded. I contacted lemon squad and they will not refund me because its been over 30 days. The car wasn't driven until registered on June 11. I have no control over this and they should stand by their inspections. I want a refund of $279 because I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. Resolution Sought Refund $279

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. When you placed your order with us you did read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. In those terms it does state that you have seven (7) days to come to us with issues on the report. When a vehicle is used there is always a chance something is going to fail. If an issue is not present during the inspection we cannot know that it is taking place. If the issues you mentioned had been present while we were there it would have been in the report. Due to these facts we do not believe that you are entitled to a refund.
