Once the new roof was completed, the frame of the gutters were not placed correctly. They are not aligned and the nails are exposed. If there is strong winds, it will be ripped off. Multiple attempts have been made to speak with the owner but does not pick up phone. Tried with a different cellular # which he did not recognize at which time he did answer and said he would come to complete the job 5/15/24 morning but did not show up or call. Resolution Sought I would like the job completed as promised.
