On January 24. 2024 I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Hyundai Kona. After two hours I asked for a status on the car. They told me the oil had been changed but the tires weren't rotated yet. I asked to take the vehicle because I couldn't wait longer. They gave me the car back. I then went home and checked the oil. The oil was clearly dirty and hadn't been changed. I had the oil changed elsewhere. I took photos of the dirty oil that was allegedly changed and then a photo of the oil after an honest mechanic changed it. They are ripping people off and this should be investigated. I didn't pay for the oil change at Len Stoler because it was "free" since I purchased the oil changes in advance when I bought the car. Resolution Sought I'd like the business to admit they didn't change the oil, in writing. I will never purchase a vehicle there nor will I ever have a service completed at that dealership again.
