They came in initially to install a pair of new toilets. They then presented my wife with a list of things that "needed done" which included a new hot water heater, a new water treatment system, removing old piping, and repair to the line from our well to the house. They removed the old water treatment system and replaced it with another that didn't work. At all. I had to go in behind them and replace the new system with a new system--net cost $5880.00. The work being done to the well resulted in a flooded basement and two of the repairs don't meet local building code. I have attempted several times to reach them and all I get is the runaround. If you cant help, its going to court. Resolution Sought Refund the requested $5880.00. They will never work for us again. I will warn others not to use them.
