A loan was given to Mr. Broussard by Tracy Lazar manager of Lenco financial company in August of 2022 and then again 6 months later in February boat loans total $1,200 a piece after she had explained to Mr. Broussard during the first initial loan that because of his budget he could not get an additional loan because he would be over budget but then she called him in to let him know he was qualified for more money which was an additional $1,200 that he could not afford and constantly harass him by telephone calls repeatedly for payments on this loan that she initially made that's considered fraudulent abusive loan practice after I Phoebe Lewis had a conversation with her corporate office explaining to them that I was Mr. Broussard legal guardian and I would handle this matter myself I was told by her carpet office to bring documentation proving that I was his legal guardian which I submit the power of attorney documentation and when trying to submit this documentation to Tracy Lazar their manager at Lenco financial she refused to take the documentation engage into an argument with me and as I exit the building she followed me outside punch me in the face which wasn't attack I defended myself the police was called and she was charged Mr. Broussard should not have to pay these fraudulent loans that she persist that he was qualified for and places on his credit report I will attach all necessary documentation to prove his case thank you very much Miss Phoebe Lewis. Resolution Sought I would like for you to have these loans amount removed from Mr. Broussard credit report and after her attack on May 4th of 2022 we have not received a notice or any letters from Lenco financial pertaining to these loans,
