One guy in 2019. Offer me loan. I start send him money by bank and bitcoin until last week and I pay him more thin 220000$. And now black mail me of I not pay more 93k I lost my money I payed can you help aim in Dubai. UAE Resolution Sought Can I refund my money from this guy black mail me and now say he protect by high people and court can not do anything
