This lender has ignored every attempt by me to get an issue resolved over funds that are part of a consolidation loan. Their continued lack of cooperation on this issue has resulted in further accrual of debt and they are negligent in issuing funds for which I am being charged interest. Resolution Sought Issue the funds to me immediately, including any costs that have been placed on me as a result of their negligence

Offered me a loan had me get money cards to load and then did not give me the loan but kept my money. Resolution Sought The loan account officer I spoke with his name was Frank Mitchell I would like his job terminated.
