Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I received a loan from this company and the deal was that they would send me the loan plus extra and I would send the extra money via cash app to a local charity which I did. I. The end the company took back the loan and stole $ 1000 out of my account. Resolution Sought Refund my $1000.

Phoned for pay off amount on account on May 27, 2021 spoke with Santiago, customer care person at 10:57 am was told $2,151.45 due 6/1/2021,wired money from bank, later received notice for next payment. Immediately called office to clear up. Told three (3) different conversations to wait 48 hours for them to pull ad review recording. Leslie, the manger first said it was not audible had to send to another dept. I waited a week, no call from Texas. I decided to call the Atlanta office where the medical procedure was done to see if they could help. No returned calls. I dispute the new amount, and just receive a notice that my account is past due. I have paid this account on time since 2017, never late. Now they are playing with my credit report. Resolution Sought Close my account, paid in full, reverse negative report to the credit bureau. Notify Trinity weiiness center, 9434 South Main Street, Jonesboro, GA 302366, 770-478-1300 attn: genia sword and audry of the results.
