Unfair and illegal practice.

I am not looking for a financial reimbursement but wanted to report the restaurant Leños Northern Blvd in Queens. They choose to charge their patrons 6 extra if paying with a credit card. That is a common practice when a merchant wants the patron to pay for THEIR bank fee every time a card is swiped as payment. This is unfair and illegal practice. We had to pay an additional amount of money due to this unfair practice. Business should be advised of fair practice when using a credit card and ensure they follow it. They are taking advantage of patrons at this location.
