I recently went on a back and forth with your customer support and and they have given me mixed answers. One time they said they will give ma a refund because UPS lost my package and when I call the next time they say that they cannot give me a refund because it hasn't been delivered. I am now stuck with no options but to file a BBB claim to help me get my issue resolved. I was told repeatedly that my refund would be processed but after a long 3 weeks time, it has been declined. I have done everything from my end and the onus should not be put on me to resolve this issue but Lenovo itself. I have done everything I can, even included a drop off receipt. Resolution Sought I would like a refund, just like I was promised. This is for the PC I ordered in my order number, not the hard drive that came with it.

Company states: The customer calld us to advise that the computer was received dead on arrival. We advised the customer to return the computer via UPS. But, UPS received an empty box. The customer was advised to contact law enforcement or go directly to UPS to file a claim.

I purchased a All in One Desktop Computer from Lenovo Corp. My old warranty expires in October 2023. I contacted Lenovo to purchase a new Warranty. I found out that I purchased the wrong thing. I was Refunded on 61023. On June 12, 2023 the amount of $97.98 was deducted on my Debit card. So I contacted Lenovo and asked why my Warranty has not been placed on my Computer. I sent pictures of my computer Screen to show Reinstatement in progress 240 months. I even took pictures of my checking account. I did not get a response from Lenovo. So I called and spoke to someone in the Post Sales Department on October 25, 2023. I was told that Lenovo does not sell Warranty on Computers that are over 4 years old. Most of the staff at Lenovo did not know that. This is my case number 4642878314, also this issue was escalated and I was given this is my case # 2015176199. I was told that I cannot get a refund because it was over 30 days. The staff at Lenovo did not know this. So I purchased a Smart Lock in error. If the person at Lenovo at that time told me that I cannot purchase a warranty on a computer over 4 years old, then I would not have paid for it. I don't need a Smart Lock. This is a device they put on your computer, where they can locate it if it is stolen. I don't need this. All I am asking for is for Lenovo to wave their 30 day rule and refund my money back. I spoke to the Supervisor on 11/01/23. She said she know my story, and their is nothing she can do. Resolution Sought I am requesting a manual Refund from Lenovo Corp. For $97.98.
