I have a product liability and personal injury case against LensCrafters/Luxottica. I purchased prescription Ray-Ban Meta glasses. The product and the replacement under warranty were defective, with errors acknowledged by the store. Using the incorrect lenses caused visual impairment, which contributed to a fall during a humanitarian aviation operation. I sustained a spinal injury with nerve damage. I am on opioid medication, which is prohibited in aviation, directly affecting my ability to work. I have complete documentation, witnesses, emails, internal admissions, and medical records. Resolution Sought Total compensation for damages, especially since I've had this problem for two years and, after admitting it was their mistake, LensCrafters wants to charge me more because they say my model is out of stock at that branch, so I have to pay for the replacement... I have a warranty until March. My vision has deteriorated, and I've had medical problems because I fell due to wearing the wrong prescription.
