Very good

Went by the local business to resolve a issue with my current glasses, and having insurance on them being scratched. Asked to speak to the manager. Amanda had taking the time to listen to me. Explaining my last situation to her and not being very happy with the current glasses, she went above and beyond. Making a exception just this once, I was able to pick out another pair and being able to resolve the issue with the scratch on the lens.
