I had filed a complaint about this company. Nothing has been done by them but the complaint was closed. It's has not been fixed. I first contacted them june 24th. They came out fixed part of the problem and now ignore me. This is now 3 separate times they have said they'd be out and they never show up. The 3rd time they never contacted me they replied to the complaint saying they'd be out and no show. This is getting ridiculous. This company is horrible and they won't reply to any message they ignore phone calls once they know what number you call from. They are the ones who did not do the roof properly in the first place, 12 feet of the cap was not attached and the ice and water shield/ drip edge was done backwards, so water is getting into my house. We are looking at over $10k in damages now. Not including mold removal or finding a place to stay so repairs can be done. And not including replacing all my furniture including some things that aren't replaceable. Resolution Sought I want everything fixed and mold removed.
