We bought a sofa and within a year, it was falling apart. We purchased the protection plan, but have had no success and the fix for one of the things that is wrong will not be a satisfactory resolution as the entire sofa is falling apart. We started the claim in July and just received a part to fix one of the issues. I just want a new sofa that will not fall apart. I have been unable to use our sofa for months now and it is the only one we have in the family room. Resolution Sought New sofa without the issues of this one that is comparable in cost.

Customer did not purchase from Levin Furniture, she purchased from a liquidation company that took over the Levin Furniture building when Levin's parent company (Art Van Inc) filed bankruptcy. The customer receipt, as well as many signs in the building indicated that all purchases were final and that all merchandise purchased was sold AS IS.
