The property management by the name thrill Decatur is abusive to the tenants and does not hold their privacy to the utmo

The property management thrilled Decatur is known to gossip amongst the tenants and share their personal information with one another beware renters of this particular apartment complex although it may be appealing to the eye on the outside what goes on on the inside is no shorter than dysfunction and abuse
