Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had call today in I had ask the person that I talk today is to remove my old address which by law as a credit act which code 1681 the address that I told him is 4049 saint Monica Dr. Baltimore MD 21222. I told him it must be removed off my credit report and he told me that it will take up to 30 days to be removed and I know it's take the same day to remove it and he also told me, no we're not going to remove that address.
