Your company has charged my credit card account AFTER I already had cancelled for a room for a family member to stay at Best Western in Litchfield, Az. the hotel reservation was for Saturday September 20, 2025. The Best Western said I had to talk with you directly, yet you all do now take care of this. I want my whole amount returned as I did not get that service. My husband is calling the attorney General in Florida for this claim since NO one answers call or reply's if we do not get a reply. We call your number, and they either hang up on us or put a computer generated person to talk which does NOT work. I am left to talk to computer people who refuse or cannot understand the problem. YOU charged my card for services that should have never been charge. Reservation confirmation number with Best Western is 637984055-01 Resolution Sought Credit back my credit card asap.

Booked a sheraton grand nashville down town. They only sent an invoice with no confirmation from Sheraton which says they don't have a reservation in my name anywhere. They charged me and didn't make the reservation. I've tried calling sending emails and nothing. They tell you to leave a message and they will call you back. They will let you make a new reservation but not talk to them about a existing reservation they say it's a different number and hang up. Resolution Sought I want my refund. I had to make a reservation directly through sheraton myself and now I'm out the money thy charged me and they new resservation.

Good afternoon Ms. Dodson has been fully refunded for her reservation at Sheraton Grand Nashville. Those funds will be visible to her within the next 2-10 business days as indicated on the email and text message confirmation that was sent. Ms. Dodson did self-book herself for this property using a non refundable rate type. We did request her patience while we spoke with the property front desk to obtain a waiver to their policy. They have provided the following cancellation number 59825105 which confirms they did have the reservation that was purchased by Ms. Dodson.
