Just trying to get a correct invoice for my expense report, have called over 5 times and go through the same procedure ".... ticket has been escalated and should be resolved in 24 hours." Booked over the phone, requested government rate and did not get it. Called back same day and requested government rate, got email response indicating a discount has been applied but amount was not shown. Had to log into online banking to see the actual amount of the discount. Called and requested invoice for my expense report, was told they already sent it. Found the invoice they sent and it did not have the discount applied, called back for correct invoice - Ticket Escalated and no response, called back a week later - Ticket Escalated and no response, called back again a week later - Ticket Escalated and no response. Resolution Sought I would like a correct invoice to be sent to my email address. Itinerary # H13333803 .
