Our company ordered 4 tablet presses, we did not receive the machines and asked for a refund, the sales director told us that they only cut checks once a month and they would refund next month. We have been waiting for 3 months for our refund. Resolution Sought Issue a refund

I bought a pill press for my company and the press came with cosmetic damage I send them pictures and they said to return it I tried it out to see if I could keep it but the pill press doesn't work it only makes 10 pills and it jams so I can't use it I sent it back they don't want to refund my money and I don't have money to re shipping back to me they will refurbish and re sell it after 30 days I just want my refund the machine doesn't work: the inside part jams due to fed ex dropping the machine. Resolution Sought I just want my refund.
