I purchased a dryer from Lowe's February 2025. In October I began to have issues with the dryer making a horrible rumbling noise. I contacted Lowe's. They told me to contact LG. I contacted LG that I have had three technicians come out to the house, nobody can figure out what is wrong and now the warranty was up a month ago I was promised remedy before that even happened. They were gonna switch it out and give me a new one then they tell me that a carrier is going to contact me to pick up the old dryer and deliver the new one that was over a month ago. I'm getting tired of being ignored and given the shaft and I am being lied to constantly from LG. Resolution Sought I want a replacement electric dryer that is comparable to the one I have.

My refrigerator which is not that old completely stopped working I contacted LG who informed me that my warranty was up they did and online Diagnostic and said that linear compressor was bad that was still under warranty but they charged me $58 before they ever did a bit of work by freezing one of my credit cards and they have yet to come out and fix it and it's been almost a week and I cannot get my credit card unfroze for the $458 this seems like fraud to me Resolution Sought I want you to put a stop to their fraud and criminal practices when do you pay for a job that hasn't been done especially when they don't even show up for a week I want them fine or put out a business if it's possible
