Our refrigerator went out on June 19 and there are no service techs in our area who will work on LG. I contacted LG that day to find out how to go about resolving this issue and they have given me the run around for the last 2 weeks. They continue to say they will know something in 24-48 hours but I am never contacted and there is never any update or resolution. I have called every single business day for the last 2 weeks and still there is nothing. They are telling me they need proof of purchase, but the previous home owner is the one who bought the appliance in 2022 and I have no way to contact her. This refrigerator is completely under warranty, both parts and labor, yet nothing will be done about it and I do not have time to continue calling every single day to be met with another 24-48 hours line. I do not know where to go from here. I have filed with the BBB, but not sure that will do anything. Resolution Sought I would like our refrigerator refunded since they have not been able to find a service tech either who is willing to come work on it.

I purchased a LG washer from Home Depot and it was not working. I contacted Home Depot and they came out and. Checked it and said it was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was told I had to contact the maker for warranty . I contacted them and have been getting the run around. I had a repair appointment set 3 different times in which I had to stay home and miss work. All the times the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. I reached out to LG and they stated they could not help me because I had rescheduled the appointment a fourth time. They declined my request for refund or exchange. They are the worst. They sent me a message saying I scheduled an appointment for repair on May 6 2025 which I did not. No one has even attempted to call me to resolve this. This has been going on for 2 months with no resolve. I want a refund and to have this over with. I have proof they cancelled the appointments and attempted to blame me. Please just refund me so I can buy a new washer. This has cost me double in washing expenses Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded so that I may purchase a new washer.
