Hello, I bought a washer dryer stackable from Lowe's in August 2023 since that my washer has not worked properly as it only produces hot steamy water I had called Lowe's and they had the delivery men come back out because they thought it was the packing bolts and it was not so I called Lowe's back. They sent another guy out to check something else and they said it was fine that it was not the machine so I called LG they sent a tech out. Richard was his name. He assured me that it was not the machine but yet it was my cold water pipe that was clogged, so I then called a plumber. The plumber came out and said there's nothing wrong with my pipes and in fact the brand new machine sensor valve was not working properly. So I called LG back for them to come check the machine once again and they sent Richard the tech back out. He was very rude and arrogant and said that he has already been here and said it was not the machine. It was a beautiful working machine this time he said that the lines in the back were crossed, so I said in that case, if we run a hot water load, then cold water should come out he agreed he ran it very quickly didn't give it time enough for the water to heat up. He left, and was very upset that he had to come back out for the same machine when he left, I ran a hot water wash , assuming if Richard was correct, the water would be cold. I ran a complete load as Richard would not only to find that it was steamy hot again I called LG back, trying to make an appoin Resolution Sought I would like a refund for this brand new washer dryer stackable and I also would like to be reimbursed for my time spent not working waiting for Plumber 's technicians and lows text to come out. Also would like to be reimbursed for the $60 that I paid for my plumber.

I purchased a LG refrigerator from Home Depot 09/2022, I also purchased a warranty with the refrigerator. The refrigerator stopped working on 01/11/2024. I contacted LG warranty department and was told that someone would be out the very next to repair. No one came. When I called to inquire about the repair I was told that they are still looking for a technician to come out. I'm still waiting and I was told today that they didn't know when someone would be available to come and perform the repair. It's been almost a week and I'm still waiting for a repair. The model #LRFCS25D3S /00 Resolution Sought I want reimbursement for food, the cooler I purchased and the purchase I paid for the warranty. $500 Total

Per consumer states; I did settle with this company. I was not pleased with the settlement they offered me. But I felt as if I was fighting a losing battle. So I just accepted their offer of $150 for the loss of my food. And the refrigerator was repaired.
