Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Well I'm leasing out my father's property I have a bill of lease in my name and I had a ID but my address on my ID was valid when the LGE was on in my dad name. So they said I needed to pay the bill but how am I supposed to do that when it was in his name and he no longer stays there. Its my house now and it's cold weather and not having no electric to have heat for over a month and a half now and I done went down there and show them all the proof of paperwork that they need to see but my driver's license said I lived there when he lived here but he moved out because he couldn't afford the house no more so I took over the d and I got at least and I had an ID but my address was valid when he lived here how am I supposed to take his social security number would that be fraud for me to use his information and have to pay his bill that's not my problem he doesn't no longer lives here. Resolution Sought I stayed but that that y'all turn it lg&e on and my name because my dad's bill has nothing to do with me and he left the home to me cuz he couldn't afford it I have at least I came downtown showed all proof paperwork and they couldn't turn the lg&e on because my address was on when the lg&e was on in his name but he no longer lives here and that's his bill so how am I supposed to have his social security number his account number ain't that fraud.
