This company sold me a lemon which was a 2015 Chevy equinox the check engine light was always a problem the traction on the vehicle was horrible I was always fixing on the vehicle they repoed the truck and their harassing me for it i just want this company to stop calling me they constantly call my job and it's putting my job on the line the vehicle was unsafe for me to keep driving and I got tired of putting money into it and paying the note I dealt with it for 3yrs and couldn't take it anymore Resolution Sought Stop calling me emails and texting

I've been dealing with this finance company for about 3 years now. Always making my payments on time, never having no any late payments ever since I've been paying this car note. Are now sick with covid tried to call and make arrangements and they're asking if I can come up with any money. I've been on quarantine for the last 10 days so I have not been at work. I don't understand how they're not able to work with me or just give me an extension for a few days. I don't have any money coming in and wont until mid October. I don't know what to do about this situation. Resolution Sought I would just like an extension on my payment.
