This company has unethical business practices.

This company has unethical business practices. They consistently harass customers and disrespect people when they do not get their way. This company called three times on my due date. It is currently 1pm and the company is attempting to charge and additional $5 for an inconvenience fee. The representative, Helen said, "it is unethical that you didn't pay your bill." Look at the Google reviews! The customers speak loudly of their horrible business practices.
