I purchased an extended car warranty. I tried to get in touch with them to use it, and No one ever responded. Later, I received a letter saying they filed for bankruptcy. Resolution Sought Refund my money that I paid for a service I could never use, because they never responded.

Bought a policy in November 2020 tried to put in a claim October 2021. The phone goes unanswered and the website is no longer active. Resolution Sought Full refund and prosecution. I feel ripped-off.
