I hired this company to move my Steinway piano. I paid their deposit and when they showed up, the truck was already full, with no room for my piano. I have pictures. I was told they could cram it in next to the lawnmower and if I refused I would not get my deposit back. The only equipment they arrived with to move a piano was a small hand cart. I would not let them try as the truck was already very poorly packed. They refused to return my deposit. Resolution Sought Return my deposit.
