I took my car in to be serviced for my A/C to be replaced. My front bumper had a hairline crack. When I picked my car up and got home a family member said it looks like they had an accident in your car. The front bumper cracked and very noticeable. I drove my car and kept hearing a flapping sound. So I took my car to auto body shop and was told that there were no clips holding my bumper together and that I could have been killed. I had just spent $1100 for my A/C and now another $500 to have my bumper replaced. I called the dealership several times and text customer service and I have never heard from anyone at Liberty Chevrolet. I will never bring my car there for service again. I was not treated like a customer. Resolution Sought I like to be paid for my bumper $500. I would like an apologies for the way they treated me.
