I bought a policy based on their ratings. When I needed to replace my washer it took them a month to go through their " resolution" process and because I am 69 and cannot carry baskets of clothes back and forth to the Laundromat I purchased a washer prior to their resolution process ending. Because I didn't wait they will not cover. They covered microwave quickly, but it was much less expensive. I opened the claim for the washer in early July and waited three weeks before I bought the washer. The resolution was given today August 16. Resolution Sought I want them to pay for the washer.

I called this company in which I have a 14 month plan with, the city repaired a ruptured pipe on the street in front of my home. In the process they damaged my plumbing and I needed to use my service that I have with them. 1st of all I waited 4 days in 115degree weather for a technician to show up. It ends up that a shark bite fixture was damaged and blew up under my home and released 4500 gallons of water under my home. My share of this cost was to be $80 and they told me it was going to be an additional 500.00 + to repair a $10 pipe fixture. I refused to pay and hired a plumbing to fix the problem for $345.00. Therefore because I paid out of my own pocket to fix this damaged plumbing I felt they didn't deserve the $80 because the didn't do the repair work. In the mean time I'm trying to get reimbursed from the city of. Bullhead water & sewer for causing this problem to begin with. I just bought this home & lived there less than 30 days. And now nothing but a nightmare. This company left me without any water for 5 days total and was trying to cheat me on a $10 plumbing part. I don't know if any plumbers who make $300 a hour in bullhead city AZ. I payed my plumber with a check and reversed my share of the the insurance company's $80. because they did nothing for me at all. Resolution Sought I want my $80 back I reversed the credit card charge and then they reversed it back again …. I don't feel I owe them a thing . They are crooks and don't deserve a dime as far as I concerned.
